Gurova (Sun Microsystems), D. Zakharov (Sonera), M. Pianykh (MCT), G. Ruzaikin (PC World magazine), A. Izmailov (ROCIT), and chaired by the Program Committee Chairman J. Khan-Magomedov. The Forum's General Sponsor IBM and the sponsor to the Internet Infrastructure workshop Sonera Rus were also represented at the meeting. The Committee discussed the concept of the Forum Agenda, approved its structure and decided to invite noteworthy foreign speakers to present their reports at the Forum.
